These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teramino mobile application ("the App") developed by Minotera LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
All content in the App — including but not limited to puzzles, graphics, audio, text, code, and the Teramino name and logo — is owned by Minotera LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the App without prior written permission.
The App offers an optional virtual currency called TeraGems that can be purchased with real money and used within the App to unlock puzzle packs and other features. By purchasing or using TeraGems, you agree to the following:

The App does not currently support user-generated content. However, we reserve the right to introduce such features in the future. If we do, additional terms governing user-generated content will apply at that time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minotera LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Minotera LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked, and any TeraGems or other virtual items associated with your use may be forfeited. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
