Teramino — Privacy Policy

Teramino ("the App") is a puzzle game developed by Minotera LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data such as:

• App opens, screen views, and feature usage
• Puzzle completion events (type, difficulty, time)
• Device type, operating system version, and country

This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnostic data. These reports help us fix bugs and improve stability. They may include device model, OS version, and stack traces but do not contain personal information.

Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase (TeraGems), the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play (or the applicable app store). We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive only a purchase confirmation and product identifier.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account creation or sign-in.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal contact information.
• We do not collect precise location data.
• We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or files.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except as described above (Firebase, Google Play) for the purpose of operating the App.

5. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase's default retention policies (currently 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics). We do not maintain separate databases of user information.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not require sign-in or collect personal data, there is minimal risk of inadvertent collection.

7. Your Choices

• You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
• You can uninstall the App at any time to stop all data collection.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
