This policy does not cover Teramino, our puzzle game. The Teramino app collects information separately and has its own privacy policy at minotera.io/privacy-policy.html.

Aggregate, privacy-preserving website analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This measures page views and referrers. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites.
Standard web server data via our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting by Google), including IP address, user agent, and timestamps.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell personal information.
2. How We Use Information
To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
To understand which pages visitors find useful, in aggregate.
To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement.
Business email (Google Workspace) — correspondence with people who contact us.

Website analytics and server logs are retained per our providers' default policies.
Email correspondence is retained per standard business records practice.

We follow reasonable security practices, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) across the site, encrypted credential storage, and access limited to Minotera personnel on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
